By using PixCrush, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own.
• Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Use automated systems to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

Service Availability

PixCrush is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee an SLA for the free tier. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

Rate Limits & Fair Use

Free accounts are limited to 500 compressions per month. API requests are subject to rate limiting. Current limits are included in response headers. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse fair use policies.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activity that degrades the service for others. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

PixCrush and its maintainers are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from the use of this platform. Compressed output quality may vary — always keep your original files.

API Usage

API keys are personal and must not be shared publicly. You are responsible for all activity under your API key. If you suspect unauthorized use, regenerate your key immediately from the dashboard.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the website. Continued use of PixCrush after changes constitutes acceptance.
